MANSI SHAH, PT, BPT, DPT
Mansi Shah, PT, BPT, DPT is a member of American Physical Therapy Association. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Loma Linda University, California. She was an outstanding student throughout her academic studies. She was on the Dean’s list every quarter. Mansi has experience in various physical therapy rehabilitation settings including Outpatient, Skilled nursing facility and Home health. She has worked with variety of diagnoses in all the three settings which helps her to ensure complete successful recovery considering all the challenges faced by an individual pre op, post op and getting back to functional activities. She is a passionate and compassionate person who goes above and beyond to help her patients to ensure their complete recovery and success. In her free time, she enjoys watching Netflix and movies with a bag of popcorn. She is a people-oriented person believing in providing quality care. She is your go to person to discuss any challenges that you may have during your recovery!
CARL YOUNG, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Carl completed his AAS in Physical Therapy Assisting at Navarro College – Midlothian in 2019 and his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from UT-Arlington in 2014. Carl has a background in multiple sports, those of which include football, baseball, and track and enjoys helping athletes return to the activities they love. He was introduced into healthcare though previous work experiences as a physical therapy tech, and shadowing Physical Therapists at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation, and the Tom Landry Fitness center in Dallas, TX. In his free time, he enjoys working out and finding new ways to stay healthy. He takes pride in making sure patients receive optimal care and returns to previous activities of daily living.
KAREN STANFORD, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Karen D. Stanford PTA has been a dancer, dance teacher, choreographer for many years. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with distinction in dance from the University of Oklahoma. In 2012 she transitioned to a different kind of teaching becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant. Karen graduated from Tarrant County College receiving the Outstanding Physical Therapist Student award from TCC. Karen loves her family, her two labs, movies, and cross stitch. She would love to see you at Premier Physical Therapy to help you on your road to recovery. Her passion is your progress!
Sarah is our front desk person; she ensures that the clinic is operating smoothly. She oversees scheduling, contacting patients, insurance verification and contacting billing. Sarah has always had an interest in the medical field and is currently attending school for it. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs or working out at the gym. On her lazy days she enjoys throwing on her comfy clothes and watch movies at home. Sarah does her best to make sure that every patient that comes to the facility leaves with a smile on their face.
