Daniel J. Weido, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Daniel J. Weido is a Podiatric Foot & Ankle Surgeon seeing patients in Rockwall, Greenville, and Kaufman, TX. He was raised in the suburbs of Houston, Texas and received his bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University in 2014. He then completed his medical education at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery. Following graduation, Dr. Weido completed a three-year surgical residency in foot & ankle surgery at Tucson Medical Center in Arizona, where he received extensive training in reconstructive foot & ankle surgery, sports medicine, and limb salvage.
Dr. Weido is board-certified by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) in both Forefoot and Rearfoot surgery, a distinction held by a select number of podiatric surgeons. His primary clinical interests include reconstructive foot & ankle surgery , fracture care, sports medicine, limb salvage, and general care of the foot & ankle, including diabetic foot care. He is a member of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA).
In his spare time, Dr. Weido enjoys spending time with his wife and family. His hobbies include cycling, hiking, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
